Summer festival organizers concerned amid ICE enforcement efforts

Summer festival organizers are considering extra protocols amid fears of deportation arrests and Immigration and Customs Enforcement efforts in Chicago.

The National Puerto Rican Museum, slated to host this weekend’s Barrio Art Fest in Chicago, said it may add increased security for the upcoming event after video showed Homeland Security agents in Humboldt Park this week.
