CHICAGO (WGN) — Six people are in police custody following an armed robbery that led to multiple pursuits across Chicagoland on Friday.
Cicero police said an armed robbery at an area gas station in the 5100 block of W. Roosevelt involving multiple suspects sparked the pursuit.
“Multiple vehicles, with multiple suspects, reportedly approached a courier who was handling cash for a business located there. Approximately $70,000 in cash was believed to have been taken,” according to a Cicero town spokesman.
