A Tinley Park man has been extradited to Chicago and ordered held without pretrial release in connection with a deadly shooting that left a concealed-carry holder dead in Gresham, prosecutors said.
Essian Anthony McGinnis, 34, faces a charge of first-degree murder in the May 11 killing of 42-year-old Angelo Seabrook outside a party in the 7500 block of South Normal.
According to a detention petition filed by prosecutors, McGinnis and Seabrook argued during a party at the home earlier that evening. Seabrook left after the dispute but came back later that night.
