Chicago Police Seek Public’s Help in Search for Missing Man with Mental Health Conditions

The Chicago Police Department has issued an alert for a missing person, 27-year-old Martino Ramos, who was last seen on July 18 at approximately 3:30 p.m. at his mother’s home in the 1600 block of N. Washtenaw. According to the CPD, Ramos is described as a Hispanic male with green eyes, brown hair, an olive complexion, standing 5’9″ tall, and weighing 135 pounds. His disappearance has raised concerns due to his mental health conditions and the need for medication which he has not recently taken.

Ramos was last observed wearing a green skull cap, black jacket, and light-colored shorts. The department has classified him as an endangered missing person.
