A woman is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly running over her ex-boyfriend — twice — during an argument in Lawndale.
Iesha Alexander, 29, was arrested at O’Hare International Airport on July 18 after being extradited from Texas by a U.S. Marshals fugitive task force, a Chicago police report said.
The incident happened around 11:30 a.m. on May 5, 2024. Alexander had arranged to meet her ex, a 31-year-old man, at her mother’s home in the 1600 block of South Avers Avenue, prosecutors said in a detention petition. After a verbal argument, the man said he was leaving and began walking away…
