ENGLEWOOD — Mothers Against Senseless Killings founder Tamar Manasseh is once again engaged in battle with the city.
Last year, the fight was over speed bumps. This year? Water access. The activist and rabbi announced Monday she intends to file a federal lawsuit against the city if that’s what is needed to get running water at her headquarters.
