CHICAGO — A 15-year-old girl has been missing since Tuesday and was last seen in Englewood.
Lavija Howell was last seen in the area of 63rd and Stewart at around 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday.
She is 4’11”, 110 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair in pigtails.
