CHICAGO (WGN) — SkyCam9 captured the moment an apparent police chase across Chicago’s Northwest Side came to a halt.
For reasons unknown at this time, Chicago police pursued a black sedan that SkyCam9 witnessed driving at a high rate of speed, disregarding multiple stop lights, and entering wrong-way traffic.

The black sedan also struck some parked vehicles.
Just before 5:40 p.m., the black sedan came to a stop after its airbags appeared to have deployed. Police detained the driver shortly thereafter.
The pursuit stemmed from a drug investigation, according to scanner radio.
