A man who prosecutors said terrorized employees with a string of raids at Lululemon stores has been sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to two robberies and a felony retail theft at the company’s outlets.
Davenchia Lewis pleaded guilty to three crimes from August 2024 in which he targeted Lululemon locations in Lakeview and the West Loop.
The spree started August 9, 2024, when Lewis and a woman walked into the Lakeview store at 3556 North Southport Avenue and filled garbage bags with nearly $11,000 worth of merchandise. Five days later, prosecutors said, he upped the stakes by threatening workers at two more locations…
