MARIETTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Chicago native is dead after being involved in a head-on collision in Marietta Saturday morning, according to police.
The crash happened on Powder Springs Street near Laurel Springs Lane after 6:30 a.m. It involved a 2007 Lexus RX350 and a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.
The investigation showed that the Lexus was going north on Powder Springs Street near the intersection of Laurel Street Lane when it went into the southbound lane and collided with the Chevrolet, driven by 32-year-old Santiago Zarate-Vicente of Chicago…
