Second man arrested for punching passersby in Chicago

(NewsNation) — At least two men have been taken into custody for violent attacks on women in Chicago in recent months, police told local media.

One victim, Kathleen Miles, was struck in the face while walking with a co-worker to the train. The attack broke her nose and fractured multiple parts of her face.
