A West Side man is accused of brutally attacking a 94-year-old senior with a brick during an attempted robbery as the victim rode his mobility scooter in Garfield Park, prosecutors said.
Elijah Carter, 30, is charged with attempted robbery of a victim over 60 and aggravated battery of a victim over 60 following the assault on Tuesday morning, September 30, in the 3700 block of West Madison Street.
