CHICAGO (WGN) — Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson will soon unveil his plan to close the city’s billion-dollar budget deficit.

“Twenty-five cents is 25 cents, but it adds up really quickly,” said CTA commuter Sydnee Alexander.
