Five men, including one who was on felony pretrial release for a pending gun case, are charged with randomly opening fire on a passing car in Logan Square last month, killing one woman and seriously injuring another.
In detention filings, prosecutors said 24-year-old Julio Diaz lives with his aunt and uncle in the 1600 block of North Kimball Avenue in a building equipped with multiple Ring cameras that surveil the area.
