2 Chicago women charged with fraudulent use of a debit/credit card

Two Chicago, Ill. women were charged with fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and stealing following an incident Aug. 11.

According to a probable cause affidavit submitted by the Warrenton Police Department, officers were dispatched to an undisclosed location in Warrenton on a report of a past theft and fraud. They met with the victim who said they had their wallet stolen and there were several fraudulent charges on their credit/debit card.

After an investigation, officers determined that Annie P. Wilson, 44, Chicago, Ill. stole the victim’s wallet from their grocery cart while they were shopping via camera footage, according to the affidavit…
