Four people were killed and 16 others wounded in shootings across Chicago over the just-ended weekend, according to preliminary information from police. The total of 20 victims matches 2018’s count for the second-best performance for the same weekend in over a decade, according to HeyJackass, a website that tracks Chicago violence using official and open-source data.
The totals may change if more victims are located or if any of the wounded die from their injuries.
