A 21-year-old man who was placed on felony probation and ordered to undergo mental health treatment in July is now accused of slashing another man’s face near the Magnificent Mile on Thursday evening, according to Chicago police.
CPD said Daniel Mulbah, of the 2800 block of East 76th Street, approached a 30-year-old man in the 800 block of North Rush Street around 6:27 p.m. and cut the victim’s right cheek with a sharp object before fleeing. The victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
