LAKEVIEW — The family of a man found dead in the stairwell of his Lakeview apartment complex last month is asking for the public’s help as police continue to investigate what the family believes was a homicide.
Nolan Hart, 32, was found the morning of Oct. 27 inside the Parliament Towers apartments in the 500 block of West Addison Street.
A janitor found Hart unresponsive in a back stairwell and called 911, according to a police report obtained by the Sun-Times. Responding officers initially thought Hart was asleep but soon noticed blood on his head. A bloodied backpack was found nearby and Hart was pronounced dead at the scene around 9:20 a.m…
