Tragically, it appears a male pedestrian was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver last Saturday night in Roseland.
According to police, on Saturday, November 8, around 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male in the street at 235 W. 95th Street in Roseland. 95th is a 4-lane street here, which encourages speeding. The Princeton Park housing development in on the north side of the street.
The victim was taken to Christ Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. As of earlier this week, Major Accidents was investigating the case as a traffic fatality, pending autopsy results…
