1 arrested after Illinois State Police lead anti-human trafficking operation

GALESBURG, Ill. (KWQC) – One person has been arrested after Illinois State Police led a human trafficking suppression operation near Galesburg.

John O’Leary, 41, of Chicago is charged with the following:

  • Promoting commercial sexual exploitation of a child
  • Indecent solicitation of a child
  • Traveling to meet a minor
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Grooming
