Man Charged in Fatal Ford Heights Shooting

COOK COUNTY, IL – A 31-year-old Chicago man has been charged in connection with a shooting that killed two people in Ford Heights, Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart announced today.

At approximately 3:15 a.m. on July 5, Sheriff’s Police responded to the 1400 block of Regent Lane for a report of a shooting with multiple victims.

Arriving officers found 30-year-old Michael Agee with multiple gunshot wounds and 31-year-old Raqwan Dixon was also found shot nearby. Both were transported to Franciscan St. Margaret Health in Dyer, Indiana, where they were later pronounced deceased…
