A man and a 6-year-old boy sustained injuries in an attack in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood on Sunday night, police said.
At approximately 10:24 p.m., the pair was walking along North Sheffield Avenue near West Diversey Parkway when a man became aggressive, pulled out a sharp object and started a physical altercation.
