MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison restaurant owner was detained by ICE in Chicago while returning home from Mexico, prompting community members to rally support for his business and family.
Noel Quintana, who owns the downtown restaurant Señor Machetes, was detained at the O’Hare International Airport. Quintana was in the country on a green card.
