A 17-year-old boy is in custody for allegedly firing shots inside and outside a North Side liquor store Thursday evening, and then trying to evade capture by repeatedly changing clothes behind a nearby building.
Chicago police responded to reports of shots fired at 6:36 p.m. Thursday at Red Violin Wine and Spirits, 7407 North Clark Street, in Rogers Park.
