HODGKINS, Ill. — A semi-trailer crashed into the bottom of an overpass on I-55 in southwest suburban Hodgkins early Thursday morning, scattering debris and closing lanes to traffic.
According to Illinois State Police, the semi hit the bridge above I-55 northbound at LaGrange Road/US-45 around 4:30 a.m.
