Tramain Beeks, 21, is accused of firing a shot at a vehicle leaving the Popeyes at 7430 South Stony Island Avenue in South Shore after an argument over how four customers would pay for their order.
According to prosecutors, Beeks was working the drive-thru around 9:07 p.m. on August 5 when the group pulled up and placed an order.
