CHICAGO, Ill. (WTVO) — Saeed Mustafa, 36, of Chicago Ridge, was arrested and charged with six counts of conspiracy after he allegedly stole multiple vehicles and sold them to a junkyard with false paperwork.
According to the Illinois State Police, a motorist who had been in a crash on the Bishop Ford Freeway, on I-94 near Beaubien Woods, called a private towing company on February 12, and then left the scene.
