I don’t know how, but a deli in Ohio made the list above the Italian deli in Michigan. But the two Italian delis that took top spots on the list were insert deli names here.

Founded by Sicilian-born Vincenzo Graziano in 1937, J.P. Graziano Grocery is still run by the same family today. The West Loop spot is famous for its house-made hot and mild giardiniera, which is a key component of Chicago’s iconic Italian beef sandwich.
