CHICAGO — An investigation is underway on Tuesday morning after a man was found shot to death in a home on the city’s Far South Side overnight.
According to Chicago police, just before 10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to a residence in the 10600 block of South Forest Avenue, in Roseland, on a report of a person shot in the area.

After they arrived, they found the victim, a man whose age is unknown, who had suffered gunshot wounds to his abdomen and chest. The man was later pronounced dead on the scene.
