CHICAGO (WGN) — When it comes to winter coats and luxury fashion, Canada Goose is one of the industry’s most popular, leading to throngs of Chicagoans waiting hours for a pop-up sale on the Near North Side Wednesday.
The pop-up took place at 260 Sample Sale Chicago in the 1500 block of North Halsted Street, where management was very hush-hush over the brand of clothing being sold, for legality reasons, WGN-TV was told.
“I can’t give the exact brand name, but it is a well-known Chicago brand,” 260 Sample Sale manager Andrew Reyes said. “Essentially, we’ve been in Chicago for the past two years. We had a little bit of a break — about 11 months — but now we’re back in Chicago, full swing.”…
