1 in custody after argument leads to shooting on West Side

CHICAGO — A man is recovering in the hospital, and another is in custody after an argument led to a shooting on the city’s West Side on Wednesday night.

According to police, the incident unfolded just before 8 p.m. in the 4100 block of West Potomac Avenue, in Humboldt Park.
