The Chicago-based restaurant chain is adding a limited-edition Birthday Cake and Cake Shake to mark the one-year anniversary of its customer loyalty program as well as the upcoming 63rd anniversary of Portillo’s original Dog House hot dog stand, which opened in April of 1963.
