An Illinois man is accused by authorities of killing his girlfriend, whose body was found in a hotel dumpster.
The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office approved a first-degree murder charge against 54-year-old Arturo F. Taylor, of Fox Lake, Ill., on Feb. 27, according to a statement from the Elk Grove Village Police Department.
Officers responded to a hotel on Landmeier Road at about 4:18 a.m. on Feb. 25 on a report of an unresponsive person. There, police found an adult woman deceased inside a dumpster…
