Evanston police arrested an Evanston resident and seized narcotics and cash in connection with a “long-term” investigation of reported drug sales along the city’s border with Chicago on Howard Street, the department announced Friday morning.
Evanston officers arrested Andre Williams, 37, on Monday while executing a search warrant at a residence on the 7200 block of N. Wolcott Street in Chicago, where they seized several dozen grams each of “heroin/fentanyl” and crack cocaine and several hundred dollars cash, according to EPD’s announcement.
