WEST LOOP — A once high-profile Italian restaurant in Fulton Market has skirted eviction in an ongoing saga over debt and legal troubles.

Gino & Marty’s opened in 2022 at 844 W. Randolph St. along the neighborhood’s bustling Restaurant Row, and it quickly became a hot spot for influencers and the occasional celebrity, including Kevin Hart, Kevin Durant and Megan Thee Stallion.

The restaurant quietly closed this summer, with owner Gino Bartucci announcing plans to reopen the space under a new concept with a “completely redesigned interior — including an expanded dining room and elevated lounge,” according to a September press release…
