Ford Motor Company’s longest tenured employee shares his secret to longevity

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. — The next time you hear someone say, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks,” tell them about 73-year-old Jim Lee at Ford’s Chicago Stamping Plant.

“I program robots and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and to me, I find that exciting,” he says.
