CHICAGO (WGN) — A close friend is remembering a slain Uber driver as fun-loving and sp ontaneous after he was fatally ambushed in Chicago’s Garfield Park neighborhood.
Jassen Cho had just gone to get an 18-year-old male the night of Thursday, May 7, when an SUV pulled up beside them. While police say one gunman opened fire, sources told WGN News that shots rang out from several people inside the vehicle.
