LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WCMH) – A fast-casual Mediterranean chain that is rapidly growing in central Ohio has added another local restaurant to its plans.
Cava intends to open at 9711 Sawmill Parkway in Liberty Township near Powell this summer, a company spokesperson told NBC4. The address is within the Liberty Crossing shopping center, which houses a handful of other tenants, including fast-food chain Five Guys and cookie shop Dirty Dough.
The Powell-area addition marks Cava’s fifth central Ohio restaurant, counting existing and planned locations.

The national chain debuted locally at 1790 Hilliard Rome Road in northwest Columbus in April, then opened locations at 1370 Polaris Parkway near Polaris Fashion Place in May and at 4120 Buckeye Parkway in Grove City on Wednesday.
