FLORENCE, Ky. (WKYT) – The Mall Road area in Florence experienced a power outage early this morning, leading to the Florence Y’all Water Tower overflowing.
Florence government officials say Greater Cincinnati Water Works was actively filling the tower during normal operations, but power loss meant the pumps were unable to move water through the system.
