$124M mystery project emerges along I-75

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Multiple public financing measures are in place for a $124 million development in Butler County.

The city of Monroe at its May 26 meeting voted to approve a pair of ordinances including a development agreement with Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties, a real estate developer specializing in build-to-suit industrial projects.

The Monroe project, which goes by the name “Project Clear” in city documents, is a 390,000-square-foot food distribution facility with office space on roughly 100 acres of undeveloped land at 4850 Butler Warren County Line Road immediately south of Cincinnati Premium Outlets…
