CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Multiple public financing measures are in place for a $124 million development in Butler County.
The city of Monroe at its May 26 meeting voted to approve a pair of ordinances including a development agreement with Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties, a real estate developer specializing in build-to-suit industrial projects.
