Tri-State storms bring damage, debris and leaves thousands without power

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – As several areas continue to recover from Friday’s flash flooding, Tuesday’s storms brought intense lightning, heavy rain and even reported tornado activity to the Tri-State.

The National Weather Service began issuing warnings just after 3 p.m.

At one point, seven counties in the Tri-State were under tornado warnings. The area was also impacted by severe thunderstorms and flash flood warnings…
