Ann Street Limited, a new infill housing development, will bring more single-family homes to west Newport.
Construction began on July 23, with nonprofit Urban Community Developers, Inc. leading the project to build 11 single-family homes on vacant urban lots. The development is a collaboration between Urban Community Developers, the City of Newport, Heritage Bank, The Catalytic Fund, and other community partners.
The homes will offer up to 2,200 square feet of living space, a 300-square-foot rooftop deck, off-street parking, and lower levels designed to accommodate future expansion.
