The City of Covington announced on July 22 a variety of events scheduled for the weekend of July 23-26, offering residents and visitors options including live music, markets, food festivals, art shows, and family activities.
Events begin Thursday with Art & Storytime at Baker Hunt Art & Cultural Center from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Knowledge Day at Knowledge Bar & Social Room at 2 p.m., and multiple evening entertainment options such as Music@BCM Summer Concert Series featuring Gina & Johnny Band at Devou Park. Other Thursday activities include trivia nights, music bingo, disco bingo followed by karaoke at Galaxie, and performances of “MURDER FOR TWO” at The Carnegie.
Friday’s schedule features a Terrarium Workshop at NorthKey starting at 6 p.m., Shuffled Perspective: A Community Art Show and Music in the Gardens Concert Series both held at Baker Hunt Art & Cultural Center in the evening. Additional Friday highlights include rooftop music sessions, DJ Fridays at Frosthaus, karaoke with Gary and Theresa at The Olde Towne Tavern, and another performance of “MURDER FOR TWO.”…
