GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – An abduction that escalated to a deadly shooting Saturday has reignited the debate over parole and recidivism.
Cincinnati Interim Police Chief Adam Hennie said Saturday’s officer-involved shooting started with a call for an abduction. A woman was allegedly taken from her job at Mercy West Hospital after being forced out of the driver’s seat of her own car.
