CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – HealthSource of Ohio and Integrated Services for Behavioral Health took the first steps this week toward a potential merger.
The two organizations have signed a non-binding term sheet to begin the process, according to a Sept. 2 news release. Should the deal go forward, it would result in a $220 million-plus organization employing approximately 1,500 people. The organizations would look to expand healthcare access in Southern and Central Ohio.
