COLUMBUS, Ohio — One of the nation’s largest distributors of wine and spirits is pushing back planned layoffs in Ohio because of delays in closing the sale of three facilities in the state.
It is the second time Republic National Distributing Co. has held off on the layoffs of workers at an office in Cincinnati, at a remote-employee facility in Cincinnati, and at a Columbus facility.
