COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — An 18-year-old from Northern Kentucky is charged after police say he broke into the recently closed Northgate Mall.
Max Sullivan, of Fort Mitchell, is charged with breaking and entering and obstructing official business.
