CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A father and his adult son both appeared in court Tuesday following their indictment on murder and other charges for a fatal shooting in North College Hill.
Brian and Aaron Peavy were at Fricker’s on Sept. 27, when they reportedly got into an argument with Donald Hales about football.
The assistant prosecutor said Aaron forced Hales outside at gunpoint, where he then beat Hales with his gun. Hales was also reportedly armed. Brian allegedly got Aaron’s gun, there was a struggle and a gun went off accidentally. That’s when Brian is accused of emptying the magazine and shooting Hales multiple times.
