CINCINNATI – A temporary lockdown was lifted Thursday at an elementary school in East Price Hill after a rumored threat was found to be invalid. It all happened early Thursday morning when officials with Cincinnati Public Schools said Rees E Price Academy went into a temporary lockdown out of caution due to a rumored threat.
