LEBANON, Ohio (WXIX) – Video shows a high-speed chase through five Ohio counties ending in a crash, foot chase, and the arrest of the driver, an 18-year-old man from Columbus. The chase began just before 4 a.m. on Monday and speeds reached up to 130 mph, according to the video audio.
